2018…Let’s ramp up our fitness with 10% more action!

2018!  OUR VISION STATEMENT IS “to create a community-based legacy of health through fitness with Nordic pole walking”.  The theme for 2018 is “10 for 50” which means that with 10% more effort you can get 50% more results.  This is for everyone since there are three starting levels   1) if you walk occasionally,  2) if you walk 3x every week, 3) if you pole walk 3x every week.  Whichever place you are starting, with 10% more effort you can give yourself 50% more fitness results!  The goal for 2018 is for you to notch your results up 50%.  I will coach you, through the weekly newsletters (so make sure you add your address in the spot to the right).  Then the core of each weekly message will be stored in the index tab above called “LINDA SAYS…”
