NORDIC STYLE Pole Walking is a total body workout you can do in the time it takes to walk.

If you can walk, you can learn to Nordic pole walk!  Nordic Style is a skill to be learned, and you can do it.

In this LEARN LESSON, you will borrow poles, learn how to set them correctly, then set out to learn the basic movement of Nordic style pole walking.  Unless you are REALLY unstable or have BIG problems or are EXTREMELY slow, you will fit right into this class.  Fitness level does not matter;  whatever age or reason, Nordic style pole walking is a great exercise to add to your lifestyle.

Most of the time is spent in action where we learn a step and then practise it, learn the next step and practise it.  YOU CAN DO THIS!

LOCATION:  Find the entrance to Lochside Drive behind the Monkey Tree pub.  Go along this section of Lochside to the very last parking lot which is right across from Mann excavating.  Google 4098 Lochside drive to find location.
