POLECATS @ different location each Saturday
Jun 23 @ 8:00 am – 9:30 am

This is a self directed group of medium to high fitness level Nordic Pole Walkers who like to explore new areas to pole walk in this beautiful city, and then enjoy a social over coffee at the end.  The walk length is 60-90 minutes.  There is no cost to join, and members take turns planning the Saturday walks.

You must know how to pole walk and have your own poles to join this group.

Contact Linda to find the start location….and get introduced to this group.

NOTE:  It is likely this group will start on Feb 1, 2016 to systematically train for the Victoria TC 10km event on April 24, 2016 in the pole walking division.  Looking for a team or a partner?  Consider training with the Polecat Team who support the idea of working in sub teams of 4, 3, or 2 people.  It is a life changing process!

Questions?  Contact me Linda4success@shaw.ca .

This is the group I hang with!  Numbers are growing….one Saturday 17 people showed up!  Fun!
