FREEseminar:RichmondRd @ 2nd Floor Arthritis Center
Feb 9 @ 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

NORDIC STYLE POLE WALKING is the smarter way to walk,

that you can ACTUALLY DO.

Do you want…..

IMPROVED POSTURE, SMALLER PANT SIZE, STABILITY & BALANCE, MORE ENERGY, DE-STRESSED NECK/SHOULDERS, lower BP and LDL, steady INSULIN…….?

MOTION IS TRULY LOTION!

Humans are built to move!  It is especially frustrating to be hampered by aches and pains…not only is it frustrating but lack of movement is detrimental to your health!

People with arthritis are particularly stymied as to how to get into movement when hampered by sore hands, feet, knees, back, hips…..   However, I have discovered that at around age 50 most people end up with some kind of body pain.  The question is… how to exercise in spite of the pain.

MOTION IS CRITICAL TO HEALTH.

In this seminar, retired Olympian and car accident survivor, Linda Schaumleffel  explains in a lively manner  how muscle movement turns on “the switches of health”, and how NORDIC STYLE POLE WALKING is truly unique.

Is it possible to actually FALL IN LOVE WITH EXERCISE?

You can fall in love with Nordic Pole Walking because it is very kind to you aching body, gives you momentum, and makes you feel good….not tired.

YOU WILL THANK YOUR LUCKY STARS WHEN YOU ATTEND!

For the thousands of people in Victoria who

take this opportunity to understand the uniqueness of Nordic Style Pole walking,

their lives are changed for the better, and it started with this seminar!
