Clinics

This is the only clinic where Linda Schaumleffel will be teaching people how to NORDIC POLE WALK, and get fit for the TC10km.  Bring your own Nordic poles to this clinic or buy Nordixx poles from Linda at the first session.  $91 includes tax.

THERE ARE TWO DIVISIONS OF POLE WALKERS:

RECREATIONAL (who start at the last “gate”,

COMPETITIVE (who all start at the 80-89 minute gate…the expected finish time for this group is between  1 hour 12 minutes, and 2 hours).

ALL POLE WALKERS must use pole etiquette and  fold in their arms, holding poles close to body when navigating congested areas.  (Be extremely courteous when passing other participants and in congested areas.  If your pole gets bent, YOU have to pay another $91 for a replacement.  Hold poles close to body up to starting line, and through the first part of event where it is particularly congested.  Verbally signal when passing other participants and give lots of room before cutting in again.)
