TRY NORDIC STYLE POLE WALKING.  See if you like it!

In this lesson learn why NORDIC STYLE pole walking gives you the most benefit.  Learn how to set up your poles correctly.

THEN learn step-by-step, how to transform plain walking into an exercise that utilizes 90% of your muscles, de-stress neck/shoulders, straightens out your posture, builds “core muscles of steel”, takes pressure off feet/knees/hips, AND FEELS HARMONIOUS and EMPOWERING to do.  You will be pleasantly surprised with Nordic style pole walking.

Borrow poles for the class for free.  Don’t worry…I have taught over 2500 people so far, and I will help you feel at home, and in the right place!  The objective of the lesson is for you to try Nordic style pole walking to see if you like it.  If you are like most people who have gone before you, you will be happy you came to this LEARN lesson, and surprised that NPW is so easy on the body.

If you feel like buying poles at the end of the lesson, the Nordixx poles that everyone wants will be available for $91 which includes tax.  Cash, cheque, Visa, MC.

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS.   PS….dress for the weather.

PS…..special offer.  Most people feel confident about Nordic pole walking after 3 more coaching sessions.  To enable your learning, at the end of the LEARN class you may purchase a 3-punch card which enables you to take 3 more LEARN classes before the end of Oct 2018, and save 50%.  The 3-PUNCH CARD IS $30.

By Jove, they've got it!
