This seminar is open to everyone and generously hosted in the Weight Watcher meeting room.

Nordic pole walking is really convenient for Weight Watcher members who want to add an effective exercise component to their wellness plan.  Discover why Nordic Style Pole Walking is so EFFECTIVE, DO-ABLE by all, and ADDICTIVE.   We are hoping to start a neighbourhood Nordic pole walking group on Tuesday at 11:00am…just after morning WW meeting and just before afternoon WW meeting.  It all starts with this informational seminar!

This is not a Weight Watch event, but is enthusiastically supported by the local Weight Watcher staff.

EVERYONE is invited to the seminar on Wed Sept 14…bring your family friends and neighbours.
