As your Nordic pole walking coach, it is my job to help you ACTUALLY get fitter than you are now, with Nordic pole walking, My vision statement is “to create a community-based legacy of health through fitness with Nordic pole walking” and that means YOU!Regardless of YOUR current situation, you can improve!
THIS IS A PREVIEWof HOW we are going to be successful.
THE THEME FOR 2018 is “10 for 50”.
What that means is that when you give just 10% more effort you can create 50% more benefit. Would you agree that is a pretty good return?
AND….. THE SUCCESSFUL PLACE TO START IS EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE AT NOW.
You will be surprised and delighted how we are going to do it.
JUST FOR FUN, identify yourself by choosing one of the following statements that is most true for you NOW.
1. Currently I walk once in a while.
2. Currently I walk at least three times each week.
3. Currently I pole walk at least three times each week.
Whatever your current starting place, stick with me baby, and you will increase your fitness by 50% with only 10% effort.
Over the next few weeks and months if you choose to play along, we will work together, and be successful in gently increasing your fitness. Next week’s coaching letter will outline the plan a bit.

I have discovered, as the years pass, that to increase fitness successfully you have to ‘FLY UNDER THE RADAR”. Did you know that most people over age 50 are struggling with some kind of pain? (Changing a routine is also a kind of pain.) I know…..grrrrrrr…..and everything seems to flare it up and derail the best laid plans. Well, we need to succeed in spite of it all, and we can.
THAT IS WHY WE NEED TO FLY UNDER THE RADAR so pain alarm bells are not set off.
Re-read this coaching letter, identify YOUR CURRENT STARTING POINT, and start dreaming about how your life will improve if you had a little more energy, strength, and stamina.
